N00bie Status Tips: I could not for the life of me figure out the "cutting a cone out of the cupcake, filling it with mousse, and then replacing the top." So instead I just carved a small chunk out of the middle and filled that with the mousse. Also for the ganache when they say dark chocolate that does not mean unsweetened chocolate. I used unsweetened and my ganache is a little bitter, but they still taste good. Lastly, for the white chocolate drizzle...there is no need to have to pour it into a bag and then squirt it out onto each cupcake. I simply took a fork, scooped some melted chocolate onto it, and then shook the fork in crazy patterns over the cupcakes.
For My Serial Readers: I am so sorry it is taking me forverrrrr to even get halfway through Wolves of the Calla. I am almost halfway so hopefully by the end of next week I'll have a new reading post up. The book is amazing of course, but I love Wizard and Glass more so I'm being lazy with this one.
Leftovers Question: What do you do with heavy whipping cream? Like not even as a leftover, just in general, what is it for other than melting chocolate?
